<p>PURPOSE:To confirm the measured time in real time at the time of obtaining the time required for the operation of an internal circuit by realizing only the reset signal supplied from an external device to reset the counted value of a counter and providing a register where the counted value is stored. CONSTITUTION:JK flip flop circuits 1-0 to 1-15 constitute a binary 16-bit ripple counter 8. The signal to clear the counted value sent from each flip flop circuit 1 is cleared only by the reset signal sent from the external device. The counted value sent from the counter is stored in a register 5 by the control signal supplied from the external device. Thus, the instruction execution time is calculated in the external device based on the stored counted value. The execution time of a subroutine is obtained in real time.</p> |
