PURPOSE:To efficiently clean air by providing a filter for dust collection to one side of the flow path of air and only passing air through the other side of the flow path thereof. CONSTITUTION:The air to be treated is sucked into a box body 15 through a prefilter 13 from the outside of a device by driving a fan 11. This air sucked into the device 10 is divided into the air passing through a dust collecting passage 21 and the air passing through a by-path passage 22. The flow rate of the dust collecting passage 21 can be regulated by a flow rate controlling means 25 provided on the by-path passage 22 side. The flow rate passing through the dust collecting passage can be regulated by setting the stopping position of the flow rate controlling means 25 between closure and opening. Thereby treatment time can be shortened. |
