PURPOSE:To make it possible to clean the inside of a container efficiently in packing by providing a cleaning pipe consisting of a dual tube combining a blow pipe and a suction pipe and a device of removing the cleaning pipe up and down. CONSTITUTION:A cleaning device 33 has a cleaning pipe 11 consisting of a dual pipe which comprises a blow pipe for ejecting air taken in through an air-injection hole 50 with ejection holes on the outer side at the lower end and a suction pipe for sucking extraneous matter with a suction opening on the inner side at the lower end. The cleaning device 33 also has a device 12 for moving the cleaning pipe 11 up and down which, when a carton is placed directly under the cleaning pipe 11, lowers the cleaning pipe 11 and enters it into the carton through an opening at its top. Air is blown against the inside wall of the carton and simultaneously the suction is actuated as the cleaning pipe 11 is moved up and down therein by the moving device 12. After elimination of extraneous matter, such as paper and powder, the container is filled with what is to be contained. This device enables incorporating cleaning of the inside of containers into the filling and sealing operation in packing. |
