<p>PURPOSE:To smoothly perform business communication among employees, and various guides to costomers by informing a customer or an employee of existance of a message based on an output instruction by a message control means. CONSTITUTION:Control/display units 11, 12, 14, a card reader, etc. are provided inside a service station (S/S) room 2 while a POS 5 for managing information at the time of sales within a service station 1 is installed. A message board contoller 7 provided with a control, display, card reader, memory (register means), timer, etc. is connected to the POS 5 via a serial connection interface 6. With identification data input or when message output setting time is reached, existance of a message is informed to a customer or an employee who is to receive the message as well as message data is output. Thus business communica tion among employees and guides to customers can be smoothly done.</p> |
