PURPOSE:To view a state of a green tire until a top and bottom forces are stuck to each other, by a method wherein a pressurizing force holding device is comprised of a polygonal pressure receiving plate possessing a short and long parts which are passable and impassable respectively verically between upper beams and a rotary driving device turning the pressure receiving plate centering around the center part. CONSTITUTION:A green tire is set up into the bottom force 7, a hydraulic cylinder 8 is acted upon in an extending direction, a pressure receiving plate 24, right thread ring 15, female screw ring 14, left thread ring 15, female screw ring 14, left thread ring 13, bolster 9, upper hot plate 10 and top force 11 are lowered and the top force 11 is put upon the bottom force 7. A hudraulic cylinder 26 is extended, the movement of which is transmitted to a pressure receiving plate 24 through a pin 25 and the pressure receiving plate 24 is turned centering around a rod 17 on an impassable position in a vertical direction between upper beams 2a, 2a. A hydraulic cylinder 3 is extended, a lower bolster 5, a lower hot plate 10 and the bottom force 7 are raised, the bottom force 7 is pressurized and stuck to the top force 11, vulcanization of a green tire is performed and a state of the green tire can be viewed until the top and bottom forces are stuck to each other. |
