PURPOSE: To more reduce a necessary space and cost of production by mutually drawing a closing flaps near by a traction cable, and stopping the traction cable after rotated a two time by cable pulley and stopping element on the same axis. CONSTITUTION: A means of traction cable 3 made of a one traction cable, and is made to work together with two closing flaps 1a of a shoes 1 to be drawn near to each other. A cable pulley 5 for winding up or winding back the traction cable 3 is fixed to the shoes 1 to rotate in a housing 9. The pulley 5 is then rotated by an actuating means 8. And a stopping element 28 mounted on the same axles with the pulley 5 is rotatably fixed into a housing 9. A stopping element 28 is made to rotate together with the pulley 5 after finishing initial rotation a one time of the pulley 5, and the stopping element 28 restricts further rotation of the pulley 5 by stopping the pulley 5 at a predetermined position when the pulley 5 is further going to rotate. As the result, a necessary space and cost of production can be more reduced. |
