PURPOSE:To obtain the title ceramics having a high specific inductive capacity and unloaded Q and capable of changing the temp. coefficient of resonance frequency in a wide range by the change in composition by regulating the microwave dielectric ceramics to composition incorporating BaO, TiO2, Sm2O3, La2O3, Nd2O3 and Bi2O3 at a specified molar ratio. CONSTITUTION:This microwave dielectric ceramics consists of BaO, TiO2, Sm2O3, La2O3, Nd2O3 and Bi2O3 and has the composition shown in the formula., wherein X, Y, Z and V show mol%. 11.5<=X<=21, 60<=Y<=76, 6.5<=Z<=26, 0.1<=V<=5 and X+Y+Z+V=100. Further W1 and W2 show molar ratio respectively. 0<W1<1, 0<W2<1, 0<(1-W1-W2)<1. Furthermore unloaded Q is made greater and sinterability can be enhanced by adding <=2wt.% MnO2 as a subcomponent. |
