PURPOSE:To increase dielectric constant by rendering a compsn. represented by a specified formula to the oxides of Ba, Nd, Nb and Ta forming porcelain. CONSTITUTION:BaO, Nd2O3, Nb2O5 and Ta2O5 forming porcelain or compds. convertible into the oxides by calcining, e.g. carbonates, nitrates or sulfates are weighed, mixed and precalcined at 1,200-1,500 deg.C. This precalcined powdery mixture is blended with a binder, press-molded and calcined at 1,500-1,700 deg.C in the air to obtain a dielectric porcelain compsn. represented by the formula (where 0<=x<=1) and having perovskite structure. |
