<p>PURPOSE:To improve sensitivity and to improve a low voltage property by changing the respective conductances of an nMOSFET and a pMOSFET in an output circuit in a direction where they are contrary to each other. CONSTITUTION:When an input voltage VA of a line 8 is changed, bias voltages VB1 and VB2 from a circuit 2 on a high voltage side and a low voltage side are also changed. When gm1 of an nMOSFET 4 in an output circuit 1 is increased, gm2 of a pMOSFET 3 is decreased. On the other hand, when the gm1 is decreased, the gm2 is increased. As a result, even when a Vcc is a low voltage, the operation margin of an output voltage Vo is enlarged and the controllability of feedback to the line 8 is improved. Then, the fluctuation speed of the output voltage Vo is improved.</p> |
