<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a brush storing box lightweight, transparent and excellent in anti-volatilization effect of an organic solvent by making such box from the high-nitrile resins containing unsaturated nitrile monomers in an amount of at least 50% by weight. CONSTITUTION:A brush storing box 2 is made from the high-nitrile resins containing unsaturated nitrile monomers not below 50% by weight. In this case, the brush 4 to be stored is not limited in kind, but this box is suitable especially for storing the brush and roller brush for use in the application of the coating material diluted with an organic solvent. The high-nitrile resins refer to a copolyer consisting mainly of the unsaturated nitriles such as acrylonitrile and methacrylonitrile in an amount of at least 50% by weight. This method offers the brush storing box 2 which is lightweight, transparent, excellent in anti-volatilization effect of the organic solvent, inexpensive to manufacture and capable of preventing the worsening of working environment by the volatile portion of the organic solvent.</p> |
