Static ventilation device operating under the effect of the wind. The invention relates to a device making it possible to ventilate premises which are subjected to the wind, regardless of the direction of the latter. It consists of a vertical tube (1) covered with fins (5), surrounded by a skirt (4) and surmounted by a cap (3), as well as of a tube (6) which is coaxial and has a diameter less than the tube (1) and which emerges at the top through the cap (3). In the presence of wind, air deflected by the fins penetrates and rises up between the skirt (4) of the tube (1), then falls back down into the annular space between the tubes (1) and (6) towards the premises to be ventilated. This air is then extracted from the premises by the tube (6). <IMAGE>
