PURPOSE:To obtain a room temperature curing composition non-corrosive to metals and having excellent storability by using an OH-terminal diorganopolysiloxane, an alpha,beta-substituted vinyloxysilane (hydrolyzate) and a perfluorocarboxylic acid derivative as essential components. CONSTITUTION:The objective room temperature curing organopolysiloxane composition contains (A) a diorganopolysiloxane having both molecular chain terminals blocked with OH, (B) an alpha,beta-substituted vinyloxysilane (hydrolyzate) of formula I or formula II [R<1> is (substituted) univalent hydrocarbon group; R<2> and R<3> are H or (substituted) univalent hydrocarbon group; R<4> is (substituted) bivalent hydrocarbon group; n is 3 or 4] as a crosslinking agent and (C) a perfluorocarboxylic acid derivative of formula III (R<5> and R<6> are same as R<1>; R<7> is same as R<4>, RF is bivalent perfluoroalkyl or bivalent perfluoroalkyl ether group; X is H or triorganosilyl group; m is 2 or 3) as a curing catalyst.
