<p>PURPOSE:To prevent paper jamming and the like by respectively providing means electrically detecting revolution of rotary bodies revolved with abutment of side end parts of a form finished picture image forming fed into a middle tray to width regulating parts of right and left side regulating plates provided to the middle tray. CONSTITUTION:When the front end part of one side of a form Y, namely, of left side against carrying direction down stream side of the form Y designated in an arrow mark A, is folded at the edge as designated in a mark 52, at the time of starting to abut the right front end edge on a driven rotary body 39 in a form side end part detecting mechanism 41 provided on right side and starting to rotate in a fixed direction the driven rotary body 39, the left side front end edge of the form Y not yet abuts on a driven rotary body 39 in a form side end part detecting mechanism 41 provided on left side. Therefore, if a carrying roller 35 continues to rotate in the fixed direction in this state for moving the form Y in arrow mark A direction, difference occurs in pulse outputs p1, p2 of the detecting mechanisms 41 and alarm is indicated with an abnormality indicating part of an indicating part 4.</p> |
