PURPOSE:To reduce the cost by reducing waste of a material at the time of sticking of a stamper to a roller surface and molding of a base for an optical disc, by making use of a stamping roller where the roller surface possesses an arrangement of specific stampers. CONSTITUTION:1, 2 and 3, a1, a2, a3, segments C1 and C2 and b1 and b2 show respectively stampers, the centers of the stampers, lengths of the circumferences of stamping rollers and width lengths of widths of rollers, in a developed draw ing of the rollers. In the case where a drawing between the stampers adjoining to each other is decided to be at least a fixed value, for example, the diameter of a board for an optical disc, theta1 and theta2 are made respectively 90 deg. and 30 deg.. With this construction, ratio of an area of an aimed molded matter holding within the product l.c1.c2 of an extruding width l and lengths c1 and c2 of the circumferences of the roller can be made the maximum. |
