Probe for echography in three dimensions, including a piezoelectric transducer (10) sending out and receiving an ultrasonic beam in a given direction (Oz) perpendicular to the plane of the said transducer. According to the invention, the said probe comprises two motors (M1,M2) which make the piezoelectric transducer (10) turn around two concurrent rotation axes (OY,OX'; OX,OZ) respectively, in such a way that the said given direction (Oz) of the ultrasonic beam scans the whole exploration space.
