PURPOSE:To secure the strength and rigidity without increasing the size by forming a rod part and a semi-spherical part of a housing from fiber reinforced synthetic resin, and forming a part around an opening of the housing and an inner surface layer of the semi-spherical part from synthetic resin which has self-lubricancy. CONSTITUTION:A housing body 21 wherein a housing part 23 is integrally formed on a rod part 21 is composed of tow layers, that is, a fiber reinforced synthetic resin (a) and a synthetic resin (b) such as polyacetal, etc., having elasticity, rigidity and self-lubricancy. A core 47 is located within such range that a spherical head 36 of a boll stud 25 can be press-fitted without breaking an opening 32 of the housing part 23, and semi-spherically shaped on the side opposite to the opening 32. The synthetic resin (b) forms a circular part 48 around the opening 32. Strength and rigidity are secured by the fiber reinforced resin (a), while elasticity of the opening and self-lubricancy of a surface layer 49 are secured by the synthetic resin (b). Rigidity and strength are thus kept without increasing the size. |
