PURPOSE:To form the elastic body thin film which has a uniform thickness and flat surface by applying a primer and an elastic body thin film material on the surface of a prism supported by a supporting part, then pressing the elastic body thin film material and heating the same at a high temp. CONSTITUTION:The prism 1 is placed in the triangular column-shaped lancing having the same angle as the angle formed by the incident face 11 and leading out face 13 of the prism 1 provided in the supporting part 2. The primer which maintains the physical adhesive property between the elastic body thin film and glass and does not disturb optical paths is thinly applied on the reflecting face 12 and before the primer is cured, the elastic body thin film material is applied thereon. A defoaming agent is added into the elastic body thin film material to prevent the foaming of the material after the curing of the elastic body thin film material. A press contact part 3 is placed on the supporting part 2 and is clamped by fixing members 4 to press the elastic body. The assembly is put into an oven for baking and is heated to form the elastic body thin film. The prism 1 is taken out upon natural cooling. When the prism 1 is placed on the supporting part, the lancing of the supporting part 2 having >=T is provided between the press welding part 3 and the reflecting face 12 of the prism 1. The DELTAT is the thickness of the elastic body. |
