PURPOSE:To obtain an excellent damper effect and miniaturize the subject means by allowing each divided section of plate-like bodies to function as a windingly shaped elastic body,and layeredly arranging the plate-like bodies in fixed plural positions. CONSTITUTION:A pressure plate 6 is bolted to the flange section 3 of a motive shaft end section, and a disk-like aggregate 10 is bolted between the presser plate 6 and presser plates 8 and 9. Three fan-like divided sections 18a through 18c are formed on a disk-like plate 10a. To the divided sections 18a through 18c, notches 20 are formed alternately from both ends in the peripheral direction. Moreover, the notches 20 are faced in the direction opposite to the peripheral direction. This makes it possible to obtain an excellent effect and makes it easy to miniaturize the subject means. |
