PURPOSE:To obtain an enzyme drink storable for a long period by incorporating a mother liquor comprising boiled genuine water, honey and lemon juice with a naturally active granular enzyme prepared by mixing fruit juice extracted from natural fruits with glucose and starch followed by fermentation, powderization and then drying, followed by filtration. CONSTITUTION:Fruit juice extracted from natural fruits is mixed with glucose and starch followed by fermentation for 24hr, powderization and then drying at 50 deg.C to prepare a naturally active granular enzyme. Thence, a mother liquor comprising boiled genuine water, honey and lemon juice is incorporated, after cooled to <=60 deg.C, with said enzyme, and said mother liquor, when cooled to normal temperature, is filtered, thus obtaining the objective enzyme drink. |
