摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To obtain an epithesis for fixing fracture by inserting a first and second pins into a patient's bone in one side of the fracture, and a third and fourth pins into that in opposite side of the fracture, and pivotally moving a second element around the third pin. CONSTITUTION: Two remote pins 103 are inserted into and fixed with a holes 21, 22 of rod body 20 of metacarpus, and the pin 103 are further inserted into the metacarpus of a forefinger at one side of a fracture region. A moving device 30 is moved in the longitudinal direction along a slot 13 in an element 12. A worm gear 43 is meshed with a gear tooth 47A of an element 14, and the element 14 is rotated around a shank 17 when the worm gear 43 is rotated. A near pin 104 is passed through a hole 18, and another near pin 104A is passed through a hole 18A, and they are inserted into a patient's bone in opposite side of the fracture, then fixed at a predetermined position by a fixing screw 105. When a screw 33 is rotated, an axis 24 is released from a lock, a rod body 20 of the metacarpus is inclined upward or downward according to a request. The screw 33 is clamped to not rotate the axis 24 and the rod body 20 is fixed to the axis 24 by the screw 25.</p>
