PURPOSE:To increase tensile force to a seat frame by shrinking a supporting body made of cloth with foaming heat, by a method wherein supporting body made of heat-shrinkable cloth is stretched over a frame-like seat frame within which a reinforcement lever is built, which is arranged within a mold for foam molding of a cushioning body and the cushioning body is foamed integrally with the supporting body made of the cloth. CONSTITUTION:A reinforcement plate (a1) is stuck close to the bottom, slide rails (a2), (a2') are provided integrally with both side bottom parts, U-shaped connecting parts (a3), (a3') are provided on upper fringes of both side parts and supporting body (b) is stretched beforehand so that tensile force is generated, in a seat frame (a). The supporting body (b) possesses heat-shrinkable properties and elasticity and cloth having density and permeability to such an extent that a foaming liquid at the time of molding of a cushioning body does not leak out is used for the supporting body (b). This seat frame (a) is arranged within molds A, B and the foaming liquid is cast into a spatial part between a bottom force B of the mold through a casting hole B1 and the cushioning body (c) is molded. The supporting body (b) is heat-shrinked, the tensile force is generated, connected integrally with the cushioning body (c) with this foaming heat and acted upon as spring force. |
