PURPOSE:To produce a high quality lproduct having almost the same thickness and being free from a malaise at the time of contacting, by a method wherein thermoplastic synthetic resin layers which are independent of each other are molded of a pair of separable and contactable molding tools and a movable partition member, an adhesive is pushed up with a volumetric change of a vessel for the adhesive and ends are stuck together. CONSTITUTION:Thermoplastic synthetic resin layers 10, 11 which are melted or caused to gel and different in colors from each other are obtained on an inner circumferential surfaces of molding tools 3, 3 by streaming high-temperature oil into an oil path 19 by filling thermoplastic synthetic resin power or paste having colors different from each other into divided parts 13, 15 independent of each other. Then after discharge of the surplus thermoplastic sysnthetic resin power by turning by 180 degrees, returned by inverting, a partition member 5 is moved backward and the molding tools 3, 3 are approached to each other. In this instance, an adhesive 7 in a vessel 9 for the adhesive agent is pushed up with pistons 25, 25 and piled up on ends each of the thermoplastic synthetic resin layers 10, 11 by passing through an adhesive passage 27. Simultaneously with the above a heater 27 is moved forward, the adhesive is dried, solidified, removed from the tool and a multi-color skin material which is almost tin the same thickness and continuous is obtained. |
