PURPOSE:To facilitate jamming processing by providing paper hooking parts which picks up paper which is in a paper carrying path with an upper structure body when the upper structure body is opened in that upper structure body. CONSTITUTION:The upper structure body 10A is made freely openable / closable against a lower structure body 10B with a shaft 31 as the center. Further, two paper hooking parts 32 and 32 are provided and positioned in the paper carrying path 30 in the upper structure body 10A. Then when paper jamming is generated, by opening the upper structure body 10A, the jammed paper 17a in the paper carrying path 30 can be pulled up together with the upper structure body 10A. Therefore, taking a long time to extract the jammed paper 17a from it being sandwitched between paper feeding, carrying fixing rolls, or a photosensitive body drum or the delayed discovery from it being hidden by guiding plates and various units and likewise delaying the extracting of the jammed paper 17a are eliminated. Thus jamming processing can be carried out easily. |
