<p>Methods are disclosed for delivering activating signals to lymphocytes in vitro, making use of immunoliposomes which have Fab fragments of anti-IgM antibodies immobilized on their surface. Such immunoliposomes have been found to be a more effective activator than soluble (Fab')2 and to act at lower concentrations.</p> |
