A nozzle for injecting liq, resin into cracks in concrete is inserted into a bored hole and epoxy resin is injected under high pressure. The nozzle consists of two parts, a glass re-inforced polyamide body and a softer polyurethane collar at the front end,. A central hole passes through the body. The collar is tapered towards the front end and wedges in the bored hole to form a seal while resin is injected via a nipple at the outer end into the concrete. The nozzle is produced by two-component injection in which the body is injected first and the sealing collar is injected onto it. USE: For injecting synthetic resin into cracked concrete.
