<p>Nucleic acids are provided which encode mammalian interleukin-4 receptors, and which serve as probes for related receptors by cross hybridization. Soluble forms of human interleukin-4 receptors are useful as antagonists of interleukin-4 in the treatment of conditions associated with excessive IgE production.</p> |
