PURPOSE:To allow a subscriber of a public communication network to recognize a talking limit time prior to the start of talking and to improve the service by informing the talking limit time prior to the start of talking to the subscriber of the public communication network making a dialing to a mobile radio equipment. CONSTITUTION:When a subscriber 7 of a public communication network 6 calls a mobile radio equipment 8 and dials a representative number of the mobile radio telephone service, the subscriber 7 is connected to an idle connection processing unit 2. The connection processing unit 2 connecting to the public communication network 6 replies the public communication network 6 and uses a talking time notice means 3 to calculate the talking limit time applied at present and sends control information including the talking limit time information to a talkie transmission means 4. The talkie transmission means 4 sends a talkie message corresponding to the talking limit time information to be received to the talking time informing means 3, the talkie message is sent to the public communication network 6 via the talking time informing means 3 and listened to by the subscriber 7. |
