PURPOSE:To give it soft feelings by being a constitution wherein a skin layer is laminated on one surface of an expanding and contracting base fabric and a bulky thermosetting sheet core material is laminated on the other surface of the expanding and contracting base fabric. CONSTITUTION:This has a constitution that a skin layer is laminated on one surface of an expanding and contracting base fabric and a bulky thermosetting sheet core material is laminated on the other surface on the expanding and contracting base fabric. As an expanding and contracting base material, knitting such as tricot, knitted fabrics or the like, a woven fabric comprising synthetic finished yarn or spandex, nonwoven fabric or the like can be utilized, and as a constituting fiber raw material, natural fibers such as cotton, hemp, wool, silk or the like, chemical fibers such as rayon, acetate, nylon, acrylic, polyester or the like and mixed yarn of these materials are given herein. And, as a thermosetting sheet core material, it comprises a foamed polyethylene sheet, and as a binder, it comprises polyurethane and stylene - butadiene copolymer, and further as constituting fibers, non-woven fabrics or the like comprising polyester, 6-nylon, 66-nylon or the like can be employed. Whereby since the curved parts and the like can be expressed freely, the range of a design expands, moreover, there may be a high grade molding with soft feelings and volumic feelings at the same time. |
