<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the air resistance without increasing the number of parts by installing an outer lens formed into a curved surface continued to a front cowl, and locating a lamp unit at the back of the outer lens. CONSTITUTION:A head lamp device 18 is provided between an upper cowl 14 and a wind screen 17. A housing having the open front of the head lamp device 18 is supported by a frame or the upper cowl 14, etc. and an outer lens 20 is installed to an opening 19a in front of the housing 19, and a lamp unit is provided in the housing 19. The housing 19 is located so that the lower edge of the opening 19a nearly corresponds to the upper edge of the upper cowl 14, and the outer lens 20 having a streamline shape is formed into a curved surface continued to the upper cowl 14. The air resistance can be thereby re duced without providing a special parts.</p> |
