Camouflage equipment comprises an umbrella-type structure including a main shaft 1 having projecting therefrom two sets of ribs 4, 5. The ribs are pivotally connected to the upper end of the shaft and by means of pivoted links 3 to a slide 2 such that the ribs can be folded about the shalt. A camouflage net is draped over the structure (Figs. 4, 5, not shown) and the shaft at its upper end may be provided with a holder 7 for receiving a branch, tree top or bush.
