PURPOSE:To increase a driving force for a movable body to enable surely feeding the movable body by providing the opposed surfaces of elastic vibrators or those of a material body intervening between the elastic vibrators with recessed grooves being along the lengthwise direction of the movable body and coming in contact with the movable body. CONSTITUTION:Elastic vibrators 1A, 1B form elliptical closed loops, where piezoelectric vibrators 2 are fixed on respective one side surfaces and respective other side surfaces are fastened by bolts 5 oppositely to each other; and the linear part of the elastic vibrator 1B is provided with a recessed groove 1Ba with a triangular cross section being along the longitudinal direction. Also, the cylindrical movable body 6 such as wire rod and string is housed in the groove 1Ba and comes in contact with the inner wall surface of the groove and the elastic vibrator 1A. Further, both of the elastic vibrators 1A, 1B are provided with the grooves 1Aa, 1Ba. Thus, it is possible to increase a driving force for the movable body 6 and to surely feed the movable body 6. |
