PURPOSE:To integrate two pictures by inputting a binary picture representing a segmentation area, selecting one of 1st and 2nd pictures based on the binary data and forming a visual picture with respect to the obtained picture. CONSTITUTION:A scanner start switch 22 is activated and a command to read a binary picture is given to a system controller 18 from a scanner 12. Upon the receipt of the command, the system controller 18 controls a binary picture memory controller 13, binaries a data outputted from a scanner 12 and writes in a binary picture memory 14. Then a picture memory freeze switch 26 is activated to read picture and to store it into a picture memory 6. Then an output of a through/memory picture changeover switch 17 is brought into 'H' to display the picture onto a monitor connecting to the output terminal 16. Thus, a desired area of one picture is segmented and integrated onto the other picture. |
