The present invention provides a heater activating apparatus comprising a power source, a heater heated which is applied voltage from the power source, a current regulating element. The voltage from the power source is applied to the heater through the current regulating element when the heater is initiated to energize, and thereafter, the voltage is applied to the heater without through the current regulating element.
