PURPOSE:To obtain a highly dielectric ceramic composition having small dielectric loss and high alternative current breakage voltage by adding oxides of Ni, Ce, Mn and Si to a main composition consisting of specific amounts of BaTiO3, BaZrO3, CaTiO3 and MgTiO3. CONSTITUTION:The dielectric ceramic composition obtained by adding additives (0.005-0.4wt.% NiO, 0.003-0.3wt.% CeO2, 0.03-0.19 MnO and 0-0.4wt.% SiO2) to a main composition (45.0-60.0mol% BaTiO3, 10.0-18.0mol% BaZrO3, 24.0-35.0mol% CaTiO3 and 2.4-6.5mol% MgTiO3) and useful for ceramic condenser, laminate condenser, high pressure condenser, etc. |
