<p>PURPOSE:To achieve a prevention of a collision between an object and an top detector by arranging a top detector or the like for detecting pollution on a surface and an inner surface of an object, a projector and a photo detector or the like while a drive control section or the like is provided to stop a lift of an object height detector and a bottom detector. CONSTITUTION:A tray 2 on which is placed on an object 1 to be carried out of a pollution managing zone is set on a conveyor 3. By a starting operation, a bottom detector 6 rises and when an object intercepts light sent from a projector 5, the height of the object is detected. Moreover, when the detector 5 continues to rise and light sent from the projector 6 reaches a plate body 11 on the side of the tray 2, light sent from all projectors 6 is intercepted by the plate body 11 so that all photo detectors 7 are turned ON. With a further rise of the detector 5, as light from the projector 6 reaches a frame body 13 on the side of the tray 2, light sent from all the projectors 6 enters a detector 7 to turn all of the photo detectors 7 OFF. An operation signal from the photo detector 7 after the end of the detection of the height of the object is monitored with a control section 8 and when an abnormality signal is outputted, it is outputted to a drive section 4 to stop the detector 5.</p> |
