<p>PURPOSE:To perfectly decompose the contaminant in sewage by providing a stirring and mixing apparatus sending fine air bubbles and a biological auxiliary solution accelerating the growth of bacteria into sewage sown with bacteria decomposing the contaminant. CONSTITUTION:A stirring and mixing apparatus (containing a motor 15) sending fine air bubbles and a biological auxiliary solution accelerating the growth of bacteria into sewage sown with bacteria decomposing contaminant is provided. Subsequently, the motor 15 of said stirring and mixing apparatus is driven and air bubbles and the biological auxiliary solution in a container 17 are discharged sewage from the outlet 9 at the lower end of a gap 6 to purify sewage under stirring.</p> |
