<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate maintenance management, and to quickly and surely take a countermeasure for a fault by storing a command signal transmitted from a control device to an actuator connected to a machine, a detection signal transmitted from a sensor to detect an operator, and a processing signal in the control device in an IC card, and holding them successively. CONSTITUTION:An NC device 1 detects the various signals of a mechanical system consisting of an operation command signal for the actuator connected to the machine 2, a status signal such as an operation detection signal from the sensor to detect the operation of the actuator connected to the machine 2, and the processing signal such as a clock signal to meet these signals and an arithmetic processing signal by a central control part at a prescribed interval of time. For instance, by outputting only the changed signal among various kinds of the detected signals of the mechanical system to an IC memory 4 through a reader/writer 3, the change with the passage of time of a running state can be stored even by the IC card of small memory capacity. Thus, the maintenance management can be facilitated, and simultaneously, the countermeasure for the fault can be taken quickly and surely.</p> |
