Motor vehicle side glazing consisting of a laminated assembly (1, 2, 3) in which one (1) of the members is quenched thermally while the other (2) is slightly quenched or unquenched. The quenched member is of greater dimensions than the other and is used for guiding the glazing in the door frame. The thermoplastic interlayer sheet (3) based on a copolymer of vinyl chloride and glycidyl methacrylate endows the laminated glazing with improved properties of resistance to break-in and of acoustic attenuation.
