PURPOSE:To visually display the dissidence of updating time and to prevent the mismatch of a file by comparing a designated file version with a relative file version and clearly showing the new and old updating time when the version of the file is changed. CONSTITUTION:When the first instruction is inputted from an input part 11, a control part 12 sends the identifier of the designated file to a file display part 15 and a version comparison part 13 and the version comparison part 13 compares the designated file version with the relative file version and sends a compared result to the file display part 15. Then, the file display part 15 visually clearly shows the sent compared result together with the contents of the designated file. Thus, when the version or updating time is not coincident between the designated file and relative file, the file with the old version or old updating time can be visually distinguished from the file with the new version or new updating time and the mismatch between the designated file and relative file can be prevented.
