<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a correct digital value by correcting the gain of an amplifier unit by a difference from the actual gain actually charged to a nominal gain and a signal. CONSTITUTION: An analog signal Ve is applied to a sampler 1 and an amplifier 2, a signal from the amplifier 2 is applied to a sampler 3. A logic unit 7 receives a digitalized language from a converter 5 and performs comparison of a digital language N2 corresponding to the amplified sample with a specified language N3, and checks whether or not the actual gain G applied to the amplified signal is corresponding to the nominal gain Gn. Here, the language N3 is obtained by multiplying the nominal gain Gn by the digital language Nl corresponding to the unamplified sample. A correction signal from the logic unit 7 is applied to an integrator 8, and the integrator 8 corrects the gain of the amplifier 2 giving a gain corresponding to the nominal gain Gn to this. Thus, the correct digitalized value is obtained.</p> |
