PURPOSE:To obtain a nonwoven sheet having excellent waterproofing and antistatic properties by applying a treating agent containing a specific phosphate compound to a nonwoven polyolefin sheet. CONSTITUTION:A three-dimensional network fiber structure produced e.g. by flush spinning of a polyolefin polymer is pressed to obtain a nonwoven sheet composed of fine fibers having complicate crosssection. The nonwoven sheet is imparted with antistaticity without lowering the waterproofing property by applying >=0.01wt.% of a treating liquid containing the compounds of formula I and formula II (M is lithium, sodium, potassium, H or ammonium: R is 6-7C alkyl) at a molar ratio (I/ II) of >=2. An excellent effect can be attained with a small amount of additive without emitting odor by the use of the above treating agent. |
