PURPOSE:To conduct diagnostic tests simply and accurately by providing a terminal part having an area larger than the terminal parts of other conducting wires on the specified conducting wire which is connecting to a self-diagnostic testing circuit provided in an integrated circuit element to be mounted among conducting wires formed on an insulating base body. CONSTITUTION:Seven conductive leads 71' among many conductive leads 71 and 71' formed on an insulating film 70 are elongated downward relatively long. A testing pad part (terminal part having the second size) 71c which is wider than the width of the conductive lead 71' and has a large area is provided at the tip of the lead 71' as a unitary body. A tip part (terminal part having the first size) 71d which has the same width as the lead 71 is terminated at the tip of the conductive lead 71 other than said seven conductive leads 71' under the state wherein the tip part rides on the outer part of an outer lead hole 703. The diagnosis of the internal state of an integrated circuit element can be conducted through the terminal parts 71c having the second size which are provided at the second conducting wires 71' of a mounting base material 7. |
