PURPOSE: To improve construction efficiency and operability by rotating, radiating and moving a supporting means rotatably supporting a frame on an advancing unit for a longitudinal direction shaft of a tunnel. CONSTITUTION: An advancing unit 2 is supported on a wheel 4 so as to be rotatable around a longitudinal direction shaft A. Joints B, B of jacks 3, 3 are supported on a frame 5. An excavating tool 6 is slidably supported on the frame 5. The tool 6 is operated by a driving unit 7. The tool 6 is rotated by parallel chains 8, 9, a driven wheel 12 ad a driving pulley 11. When a hole 13 is completed, the tool 6 is arranged at a new spot to be bored after the tool 6 is taken out of the hole 13 and is rotated over a preliminarily determined angle. Concrete is injected into the hole 13, voussoirs 14 are formed and an arch ceiling 15 is formed. |
