PURPOSE:To reduce the load and the cost of a circuit by transferring the present data consisting of only a changed part different from the preceding data and a command corresponding to the present data via a work program and editing the present full screen data via an emulator. CONSTITUTION:A work program 11A has an output request of the full screen data to a full screen type terminal equipment 6. If only a part of data is transferred, a command is added to a data stream for reduction of transfer and a write request is outputted. Thus the written data on a changed part (write data D for 1-line roll-up, etc.) is transferred to an emulator 4A as the present data. If a transfer reduction request is received at scroll of a screen like roll-up, etc., the emulator 4A analyzes the input command to perform a scroll process to the present write buffer 5. As a result, the quantity of data to be transferred is reduced and then the load and the cost of a circuit are also reduced.
