PURPOSE:To make exact measurement even if an object to be measured exists in special environment, such as strong electromagnetic field or high temp. atmosphere by alternately laminating laminar cores and laminar clads in the diametral direction of an optical fiber and thereby constituting the space filter. CONSTITUTION:The laminar cores 5 and the laminar clads 6 are alternately laminated in the diametral direction of the optical fiber. Namely, the space filter 1 is formed as the waveguide of an optical fiber type having the effect of space filtering. Thus, the part where the space filtering is executed and the detecting part where the filtered space pattern is detected is connected by the space filter of the optical fiber and the distance therebetween can be increased in the case of using this space filter for a measuring system. The measurement of the object to be measured existing in the special environment, such as strong electromagnetic field and high-temp. environment, is easily executed in this way. |
