PURPOSE:To stabilize running properties and to prevent density irregularity by providing an ink layer having specific breaking strength, and containing specific amount of ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer, wax and a tackifier in a binder, and setting the softening point of the tackifier to a specific temp. and further setting the melt viscosity thereof at the specific temp. to a specific value. CONSTITUTION:The breaking strength of an ink layer is within a range of 30-80kg at 25 deg.C and 40-80wt.% of an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer, 20-60wt.% of wax and 5-15wt.% of a tackifier are contained in a binder and, further, the softening point of the tackifier is set in the to 70-110 deg.C and the melt viscosity thereof at 140 deg.C is set range of 2X10<2>-3X10<4>mPa.s. When the softening temp. of the tackifier to be added is below 70 deg.C, stickiness is exhibited under room temp. and there is a problem from the aspect of preservation and, when said softening point exceeds 110 deg.C, increase of printing energy is brought about. |
