PURPOSE:To flexibly deal with the request of the extension of a terminal by using a pushphone as a substitutive input terminal, and providing a means to respond by a voice to input from the pushphone. CONSTITUTION:Input data inputted by the pushphone is code-converted by an audio response device 5, and is given the conversion of communication control procedure by a protocol conversion device 4, and is delivered to a program 3 provided with audio response device control and a file accessing means. The program 3 accesses a reservation data file 2 on the basis of the received data. An accessed result after being added with an audio response device control command by the program 3 and being given the conversion of the communication control procedure through the protocol conversion device 4 is delivered to the audio response device 5. The audio response device 5 converts the accessed result into the voice on the basis of the added control command, and responds to the pushphone. |
