PURPOSE:To prepare an immobilized lipase-enzymic agent capable of maintaining enzyme activity for many hours by adsorbing and supporting lipase on a carrier having >=3wt.% water retention ratio and drying. CONSTITUTION:A weakly acidic cation exchange resin carrier having >=3wt.% water retention ratio is immersed in an enzyme solution of lipase derived from a plant seed such as seed of castor-oil plant or colza seed, mold, yeast or bacteria, lipase is adsorbed and retained on the carrier and dried under reduced pressure so that an enzyme agent can be prepared. An enzyme activity developing agent such as lecithin may be used with lipase. Consequently, modifying operation of plant oil such as sesame oil or colza oil, marine animal oil such as sardine oil or land animal oil such as beef tallow can be continuously carried out for many hours. |
