The method records the message reporting that there was a call during the absence on a port memory area of a called subscriber, and forms a loop between a calling and the called subscribers by accessing the port number saved on the port memory area of the called subscriber. The method includes a first step for searching the port number of a subscriber when the subscriber hooks-off and for setting the lines busy on the corresponding port number, a second step for searching the port number reserved, a third step for transmitting the dial tone to the subscriber when no reserved bit was set and for searching the port correspond to the input dialed digit, and a fourth step for forming the loop between the corresponding subscriber.
