PURPOSE:To smoothly and surely perform two color molding for the resin moldings by forming both a first engraved face which closes the packing space of a secondary introducing material at a time for packing a primary introducing material, and a second engraved face which forms the packing space of the secondary introducing material at a time for packing this secondary introducing material oppositely to a mold body movable to the direction of mold opening and providing a rotary mechanism for rotating the mold body. CONSTITUTION:Firstly a movable mold body 12 is approached to a fixed retainer plate 11 in a state wherein a first engraved face 12a of the mold body 12 is directed to a fixed retainer plate 11 side. The packing space of a secondary introducing material in a cavity 21 is closed by the mold body 12. In this state, a primary introducing material is introduced into the cavity 21 through a passage of molten resin. Then after the mold body 12 is pulled out from the inside of a movable retainer plate 10, a rack 14 is operated to rotate both a pinion 13 and the mold body 12 fitted therewith at 180 deg.. A second engraved face 12b of the mold body 12 is directed to the retainer plate 10 side. Successively the mold body 12 is pushed into the retainer plate 10 to mate a second engraved face 12b of the mold body 12 with the engraved face of the retainer plate 10. Thereafter the secondary introducing material is introduced into the cavity 21 through the passage of molten resin. |
